Attorney General (AG) Dappula de Livera has requested the Chief Justice to appoint a trial-at-bar at the Colombo High Court to hear the case into the Avant Garde floating armoury.
The Attorney General’s Coordinating Officer, State Counsel Nishara Jayaratne said the AG has sough the appointment of the trial-at-bar to hear the case involving Avant Garde Chairman Nissanka Senadhipathi and 12 others on 7573 charges.
