The Colombo High Court today issued an arrest warrant for Avant-Garde Chairman, Nissanka Senadhipathi and Retired Major General Palitha Fernando over the floating armoury case.
The Attorney General had earlier directed the Police to arrest Senadhipathi and seven others.
Senadhipathi and Retired Major General Palitha Fernando had left the country by the time the instructions had been issued.
