Non-cabinet minister Ajith P Perera has said that they are skeptical about the candidature of Presidential candidate of Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) ).
Addressing a media briefing held in Colombo yesterday (21 September) Ajith P Perera said that the skepticism has created as former MP Jayantha Ketagoda has submitted nominations for the Presidential election.
He also said that Gotabaya had filed his application for the withdrawal of dual citizenship in April and the documents confirming the withdrawal has not been shown to anyone yet.
Perera says that complaints against Gota were not made by the United National Party (UNP), but by the Bribery Commission and the Attorney General.
