Pakistan Foreign Minister Makhdoom Shah Mahmood Qureshi handed over a letter today to President Gotabaya Rajapaksa from Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan.
Qureshi, who was on a brief visit to Sri Lanka, met the President for talks today.
The Pakistan Foreign Ministry said that they discussed bilateral issues, trade, investment and people to people contacts discussed.
Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Pakistan Dr Mohammad Faisal said that the Foreign Minister handed over a letter to the President of Sri Lanka and invited him to visit Pakistan at his earliest convenience.
