What a big challenge for a woman to play....?.

I have seen last few days how the captain of the netball team held his cute daughter and commented to the media after the Sri Lankan netball team won the Asian cup...

I really thought sports was a bigger challenge for a woman than a man....
A player or player can play well for up to 38 years on average.... That's the maximum period of physical fitness of a player or a player....
A player can play until he's 38 years old without any disruption or disturbance, maybe 40 years old..
But it's practically difficult for a player to play for so long....
Susanthika Jayasinghe left the game in 2009... And then she was 34 years old.. On the day she left the game, she said she will leave the game because she wants to be a mother....
A player is not allowed to play for as long as a player due to facts like marriage and childbirth.... Medical advice is that a woman's first childbirth should happen before 35 years of age...
This is why most players have to leave the game at the time of their sports skills at the maximum level.... It was a very painful experience for a player....
Some players leave the game due to one-sided marriage while some players leave the game with the desire to fulfill their dream of becoming a mother...
Often a player gets a limited time to play....
Cultural restrictions and cultural influences affecting women in Asian countries like marriage, childbirth and Sri Lanka make players helpless...
There are players who face all these challenges, in the midst of all obstacles, making infinite sacrifices....
They really are women of iron.....
They have sacrificed their marriage for the game.... There are players who sacrificed their children's dreams and sacrificed all their lives for the game....
There are players who are married and have children but there are players who are not able to play the game...
Only a mother knows about the pain and difficulty a mother has to stay away from her child for a day....
But they are staying away from their children for months and bearing the pain and playing for the country....
A woman is a person who bears like the earth.... Do you need more examples than this tolerance?
Are they getting worth the sacrifices these players who play with these sacrifices...?
We don't see so much progress in women's cricket in our country, the less care cricketers get compared to cricketers...
As far as I know cricketers get the same financial value that Indian cricketers get.... That's why there is a huge progress in women's cricket in India.... But our country doesn't have that situation....
This is my idea.... If they take the game, the players will have to make a huge sacrifice compared to the players of any country....
But players in other countries are worth the sacrifice they make.... But unfortunately that thing won't happen in Sri Lanka....
I hope it's not a feminist idea that I say this....
Players should get more financial value than the players in comparison to the sacrifices of the players....?
