President of the Public Health Inspectors Union of Sri Lanka - Upul Rohana, says that as the public is neglecting the health advice given to prevent COVID-19 virus there is a huge risk of COVID-19 outbreak within the next two weeks.
He said that the reason for this was the failure of the relevant authorities to implement the quarantine procedures properly.
He further stated that in some places implementation of quarantine laws cannot be seen.
