Cricketer Shehan Madushanka, who was arrested and remanded for the possession of heroin, has been suspended from all forms of cricket.
Madushanka was arrested for the possession of heroin in Pannala and was remanded till the 2nd of June.
The cricketer has not appeared for Sri Lanka in the last two years and has not been in the frame for selection recently.
He is, however, an active cricketer and was playing in Sri Lanka’s domestic competitions before Covid -19 curfew came into effect.
The player had been in possession of more than two grams of heroin when he was arrested on Saturday.
